Czech Republic

The Czech Republic is where I grew up and where I keep discovering new angles even after decades with a camera. This tour takes you from the Gothic spires and Baroque courtyards of Prague through five UNESCO sites all the way to the vineyard-covered hills of South Moravia. I've arranged private access to places like Strahov Library and a 270-year-old wine cellar so you can shoot without crowds and in beautiful light.

Outside Prague we photograph the fairy-tale castle of Hluboká, the red rooftops of Český Krumlov above the Vltava River, and the Renaissance square in Telč. In South Moravia I focus on sunrise sessions over rolling green hills and evening wine tastings in family-run cellars, it's the kind of landscape work that rewards patience and early alarms. On the way back to Prague we stop in Kutná Hora to photograph the soaring Gothic cathedral of St. Barbara and visit the haunting Sedlec Ossuary.

Whether you're drawn to architecture, landscapes, or street scenes, this ten-day journey covers a wide range of genres. I teach composition, exposure bracketing, long exposures with ND filters, and Lightroom processing along the way. Small groups mean personal attention and plenty of time to experiment at every stop.
